Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The room I had was very hot, but at least breakfast was included, and the location was super convenient for tourists. The room itself was small, with little space to move around, yet surprisingly comfortable.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms opened out onto a small balcony area, great for some fresh air, but they needed some care and renovation. The lack of a view didn't bother us much as we mainly used the room for sleeping, but it's worth noting for those who prioritize views. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and amenities, but there are better options available on Gran Via. The dining experience offered a large choice of tasty foods, although with high prices compared to neighboring establishments.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic right in the heart of Gran Via with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, the noise from the busy avenue made it hard to relax. The service was outstanding, although there was a mix-up with our booking initially. When it comes to dining, the breakfast was satisfactory but a bit overpriced. Overall, a convenient choice for exploring Madrid despite some drawbacks.
