My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic right in the heart of Gran Via with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, the noise from the busy avenue made it hard to relax. The service was outstanding, although there was a mix-up with our booking initially.
